How we hire
We keep hiring practical and respectful of your time. After you apply, we acknowledge within one business day, then schedule a short conversation about your experience, the stack you prefer, and overlap hours for US or UK client work. Strong candidates complete a focused task — similar to a real sprint ticket, not unpaid spec work — followed by a technical review with an engineering lead and a final conversation with a director about culture, growth and compensation.
