We sign an Article 28 data processing agreement and the SCCs with you. Where possible, personal data stays on EU infrastructure such as Frankfurt regions, with access limited to named engineers, MFA and logging. NDA and IP assignment come before work starts. Your DPO or lawyer should review the final package. We can provide a description of technical and organisational measures, which most German companies ask for.
Pricing in EUR
Quotes are in EUR. Senior engineers on dedicated or hourly terms are about $25 to $45 an hour, converted to EUR in the contract. A corporate website starts around EUR 3,500, and a B2B portal or workflow platform is typically EUR 15,000 to 60,000, depending on integrations and acceptance requirements. Fixed price needs a fully specified scope, so we'd rather spend time on discovery than guess. VAT and reverse-charge treatment is a question for your accountant.
How a project starts
An introductory call, then a discovery phase that results in a written specification: scope, acceptance criteria, assumptions and risks. You approve it before we estimate. The proposal follows in EUR with milestones. Contract, data processing agreement and SCCs are signed before development starts. Kickoff usually follows one to two weeks later.
